Prigioniera
For a man and a woman
In the style of Domenico:
Music has:
25 tempi bassadanza
8 tempi quadernaria
4 tempi saltarello
Bassadanza:
1 -- 2 continentie (L,R)
2-3.5 -- 3 sempi (L,R,L)
3.5-4.5 -- Doppio R

5.5-9 -- Repeat above section
10 -- Man goes away from his partner with 2 sempi (L,R)
11-12 -- Man continues away with 2 doppi leading with the same foot (L) (These sound like contrapassi, second double has to be same foot as the first for the feet to work out later on)
13-15 -- Woman move towards her partner with the same steps, but leading with the right. Man turns to face woman at the end of this
Man passes in front of the woman, woman behind to change places with the following steps (Taking hands here is suggested as optional by Domenico)
16 -- 2 sempi (L,R)
17 -- Riverentia L
18-25 -- Repeat 10-17 with roles reversed (woman away with L foot first)
Quadernaria:
1-4 -- 8 piva (starting L)
5 -- Man movimento, woman respond
6 -- Ripresa away from each other (Domenico has passiti away from each other here, but riprese are what we have learnt in the past so I prefer not to change it - other later manuscripts use riprese here)
7 -- Woman movimento, man respond
8 -- Ripresa away from each other
Saltarello:
1 -- Saltarello towards each other and take usual hands
2-4 -- 3 more saltarelli
The end (repeat, woman leading? This dance doesn't specify this but many others do, and most recordings of music go through twice)
Many versions of the music for this dance repeat the first section once at the end, it is shown this way in some of the manuscripts - possibly for the purpose of repeating the dance, or possibly because it is in fact supposed to be danced again at the end
